Biography
Benjamin comes from a family of Toccoa, Georgia natives and graduated from Stephens County High School in 2019. He then earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia in 2023. He recently received his Juris Doctor (JD) in May 2026 from the University of Georgia School of Law and passed the July 2026 Georgia bar exam. During his time in law school, he enjoyed working with the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic and developed courtroom experience with temporary protective orders. Benjamin enjoys playing tennis and being outdoors in northeast Georgia.
