Native Atlantan and Phi Delta Phi member, David A. Fox earned degrees from the University of Georgia (A.B., 1970; J.D., 1973) and the National College of Juvenile and Family Law (1986). He was admitted to the bar in 1973 and is admitted to practice in Georgia and Supreme Court of Georgia (1974), Florida and Supreme Court of Florida (1975), U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. David has served as Special Assistant Attorney General, State of Georgia (1980-1986), Judge, Juvenile Court of Hall County, Georgia (1986-1990), a Georgia Certified Mediator, Supreme Court of Georgia (1994). He is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association (Secretary, 1976-1977) and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. David is a retired U.S. Army Captain, serving from 1970-1977. David is a family lawyer who focuses on civil litigation, criminal litigation, family law, alternative dispute resolution, and mediation.
