Graham graduated from Briarcliff High School in Decatur, Georgia and earned his Bachelor of Science from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina in 1985. After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State College of Law, Graham became licensed to practice law in 1989 and joined the law firm of Fox, Chandler Homans, Hicks and McKinnon, LLP in 1992.

Graham is a seasoned attorney specializing in criminal defense and personal injury. In addition to his regular practice, he currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Braselton. He has also served as a prosecutor in numerous courts in the surrounding areas of Northeast Georgia. Graham and his wife, Priscilla Haldi McKinnon, have two children, Martha Marie and Graham Wiley. Graham is an avid biker and loves to play volleyball and tennis.
