A native of Niagara Falls, New York, Ted is a graduate of St. Bonaventura University and earned his degree from John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2007.  After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Ted served as Assistant District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Hall/Dawson Counties from 2007-2010. Ted joined Fox, Chandler, Homans, Hicks & McKinnon in February 2010.  Ted is an experienced attorney in the areas of criminal litigation, personal injury law and, divorce/family law.  During his time in the District Attorney’s Office and in private practice, Ted has handled every kind of criminal case from speeding cases to capital murder.  In addition to his regular practice, Ted serves as the Solicitor in Lumpkin County Probate Court and has served as a board member for the Children’s Center for Hope and Healing.  Ted and his wife Beth are the parents of a son in elementary school.
