A native of Niagara Falls, New York, Ted moved to Georgia, earned his degree from the John Marshal Law School and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2007.  After receiving his Juris Doctorate, he served as the Assistant District Attorney for Hall/Dawson County from 2007-2010. Ted joined Fox, Chandler, Homans, Hicks & McKinnon in February 2010.  Ted is an experienced attorney in the areas of criminal litigation, local government law and, as a divorce/family law attorney.  During his time in the District Attorney’s Office and in private practice, Ted has handled criminal cases from speeding to capital murder.  In addition to his regular practice, Ted serves as the Solicitor in Lumpkin County Probate Court and has severed as a board member for the Children’s Center for Hope and Healings.  Ted and his wife Beth have one son in elementary school.
