Native Atlantan and personal injury attorney, Graham McKinnon IV graduated from Briarcliff High School in Decatur, Georgia, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina in 1985. After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State College of Law, Graham became licensed to practice law in 1989 and joined the law firm of Fox, Chandler Homans, Hicks & McKinnon, LLP in 1992.
Graham is a seasoned personal injury attorney and is also accomplished in criminal law and civil litigation. In addition to his regular practice, he currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for Town of Braselton. He has also served as the Prosecutor in numerous courts (Braselton 2006-2008, Flowery Branch 1999-2005, Gainesville 1993-1998, Hall County 1989-1992). Graham’s community work has included: Northeastern Judicial Circuit Bar Association (President: 2005-2006); North House (an inpatient treatment facility for women, President 2008 to present, Board Member 2005 to present); Quinlan Visual Arts Center (President 2004-2005, Board Member 1997-2007); United Way (Board of Directors 1995-2001); CASA (Board of Directors 2003-2008); Gainesville Park and Recreation (Baseball Coach 2004-2009). He and his wife, Priscilla Haldi McKinnon, have two children, Martha Marie (born 1994) and Graham Wiley (born 1997). He is an avid biker, swimmer and tennis player.
