Catherine Hicks

Catherine is a graduate of the University of Georgia (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a Castellow Scholar. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1989 and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Catherine is a member of the Gainesville-Northeaster Bar Association, the Chattahoochee Inn of Court, and the Family Law Section of the State Bar. She is a member of the State Bar Mock Trial Committee, and served as Chairman of the Committee from 1996-1997. She is also a former Special Assistant Attorney General. Catherine’s primary area of practice as a civil litigation attorney includes all areas of family law litigation.
